I bought this in 2019. Woked fine till 2022. Gave some intermittent problems. Stopped working in early 2023. Technician came home, opened the machine and declared the motor dead. New one costs Rs. 2000+
Why did the motor burnout? No voltage fluctuations in our home, multiple appliances working fine for over 30 years. Poor quality is the reason.
A new vacuum cleaner costs Rs.3,000+
The motor’s life I was told is only 2 years. Technician was surprised it lasted 4 years.
I don’t recommend Eureka Forbes machine.
Aslo be advised that Onsitego which offers extended warranty does not cover motor failure/burnout.

Still working in good condition.. I’m happy… remember to empty dust basket often or else the motor heats up..

It has very good suction as well as blower flow. I received the product in a good package with good condition. It had all the five assemblies as mentioned in the order. Thanks to team Amazon for my amazing purchases.

This vacuum cleaner is the best example for great things come in small packages. Was skeptical about the cleaning efficiency, and not sure how to use one. But this was very easy to assemble and use and has been very handy in helping me clean. Would surely recommend it. Does heat up a little but that’s not been an issue as it cools down in five minutes or less on inactivity.

It is a good powerful vacuum cleaner but cleaning it is a pain! Emptying and Cleaning the reusable dust bag is a major task in itself. the process makes you dusty and dirty to a limit that cannot be described. you need to be as far away from your clean house as possible to clean this up. or else you will end up dirtying your house much more than what it was before vacuuming.

1. The product is of very poor quality…Please do not get carried away by the reputation of the vacuum cleaners manufactured in 1990s by Eureka Forbes….mine bought in 1996 still works but the company has stopped supplying dust bags for them. That was the reason I sought a replacement.
The machine heats up within 10 minutes and does not work thereafter. I saw similar complaints by other buyers, I think there is a design flaw.
The acessories like pipes etc are of very poor quality. The one sent to us came with a pipe broken and had to be replaced.
There is no user manual on their website..they provide a CD, but in this age where do you find a laptop which can run a CD. Just shows an attitudinal problem in the management as they have not cared to make the experience of the buyer pleasant. Wasted hours searching for one after my machine stopped working after 10 minutes of use.
Have taken pains to give the review as am extremely disappointed with the product. Eureka Forbes should withdraw the product.

We got the product on time, well packed. suction part of the machine is fine but blower is barely useful. while using the blower the pipe gets extremly hot. we had the eureka forbes guy come and check the machine and he said that was normal.
the machine was also taken back without any questions very seamlessly. thank to EF and Amazon for the seamless transaction and return but the product is not really working the way we your machines used to work before.

– Only one dust bag provided and is super expensive Rs 550/-
– The buttons not easily visible ( ON off Switch or cord rewind), All black plastic and arrows not easily visible, variable power dial arrow etc
– The lid is not robust
