The noise generated is extremely loud. If you have to use it during odd hours, you are going to irk your neighbors for sure.
The suction and the functionality of the machine is as expected. You will get plethora of accessories to carry out multiple tasks.
One biggest drawback is there’s no way to shut the blower outlet while suction work is going on and vice versa. As a result, if you are busy cleaning the floor, the blower will blow the hell out of your stuffs. A serious design flaw that.
Doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars.

I had ordered Sure from Frobes Vaccum Cleaner owing to Eureka Forbes service and brand.
Packing:lacking.
Not quite what you expect from a reputed brand.It was as if someone had taken all the parts that were necessary were taken and put into a box. A consumer expects some decent packing for a product(each part in a seperate cover or package).
Delivery update 1.
I was eagerly waiting for the product delivery.I received it ,started unpacking and installing the parts(wheels to the tank,hose ,pipe etc)
When I was about to attach the wet and dry brush to the pipe ,I saw it was already broken and had a huge crack.
I put everything back and raised a replacement request.
Delivery Update 2:
Received the replacement package,I opened the package and I saw that ineof the connectors that attached the wheel to the tank was missing,I raised this issue with amazon,since this was the second time only return and refund was possible.
I had to waste my time and effort for such a product.This is what I was not expecting.
Quality:on the outset ,the quality of the plastic is just acceptable or we can say what one expects from a mediocre product.
Warranty Registration:
The first time I received the product ,I called up Eureka Forbes to check on warranty registration,apparantly even they were not able to help me with product registration or warranty registration.
I also tried to check if I can do the same on the Eureka Forbes website,but I could not find any link or help there.
This is just a generic/unbranded product that has been imported ,with Eureka forbes sticker,
This is not the quality one expects from a reputed brand like Eureka Forbes both interms of sevice and the product quality.
I am not sure one would not want to check out other products from other brands had it not been Eureka Frobes promise of service and quality(both are missing in this case)

I am happy buying this product which made our life so ease for cleaning house hold things like mainly sofa set, curtains and cots. The suction power so good and it takes even minute dust. A virtual demo was done for me as well Ms aqsa explained the product very well thank you Eureka Forbes for such a fine product and demo as well. Even their team are so great that they explain every details 2nd time when I ask for help.

Never order from this company even if you buy its your risk.The product engine or something inside brusted and smoked out. Soon we raised complaint it took 8 months no spare for this model. At last I asked to refund agreed to refund half of amount and as asked submitted signed chequed and submitted as they asked. I did not receive any refund to my account and the product is taken from us in the name of proof for the company.
Loss of amout and unworthy purchase.

The media could not be loaded.
This product is ok for a small house I brought this for our church Hall but this is too small it is not like which is shown in the picture the power cord is very small and the machine produces more noise and the suction power is not up to the mark. Overall this product is ok and the blower part is not powerful.

The best part of the product is, it fits into small corners of my home, does not occupy much space and works fine without any tedious long process. Very easy to use! Suction of this product is strong,it sucks the dirt easily.
