Honestly I feel like all the rice cookers do the same thing but I has to buy this one for its astetic looks. It also has a touch panel and looks so contemporary adding a touch of sophistication to your kitchen instead of those other bulky unasthetic generic rice cookers in the market

I’ve owned a cheap rice cooker before which ended up malfunctioning. Been cooking rice in a pressure cooker for the past year and finally decided to get a new dedicated rice cooker to save me some time, so I decided to pick this one up as it’s a reputable brand and had good reviews. I was a bit apprehensive about the price, but took a gamble.
It might be the best kitchen appliance I’ve ever owned, and I don’t say that lightly.
– Cooks rice literally perfectly. No charring or burning/browning (using the sticky option), super evenly cooked. You can add your rice and set it to cook, go run a marathon or forget about it all day, and when you come back your rice is perfectly hot, ready to eat, and not burned one bit. I feel pampered.
– Haven’t experimented too much with multicook but it did make daal just fine, as well as some stew. The re-heat feature is also pretty neat and you can toss in your old, cold rice or curries and it warms it all up ready to eat in 10 minutes.
– It is so easy to clean. All the important parts detach and let you rinse them, so you can keep this looking brand new and tidy with ease. This might be my favourite thing about it honestly. The rice dish doesn’t even need soap, just rinse with water and a soft sponge and wipe dry.
– Aesthetically speaking, it looks really nice so it’ll fit right into any kitchen and doesn’t take up much space either.
FYI, you do need a large high power plug point for this. I live alone and cook about 2-2.5 cups of rice everyday and this is perfect for me.

I’m really enjoying this Cuckoo rice cooker. Unlike my previous one, the Cuckoo looks great on my countertop and isn’t an eyesore. It can cook up to 6 cups of rice and offers multiple cooking functions, it’s great for family of 5. I primarily use it for rice, and it has been performing excellently, cooking it perfectly and quickly. I also love the auto-clean feature that uses steam to clean the inside. The only thing I wish it had is a slot to hold the rice spatula, but that’s not a deal breaker.

From the product description, I thought there was a timer for rice (It’s a normal function in rice cookers in Japan), but in the product I could not find any timer for rice, which is very inconvenient. As an average Japanese, I found the rice cooking quality good. For these functions, as a Japanese I found this rice cooker expensive compared to rice cookers sold in Japan. However, Japanese rice cookers in Europe are way too expensive, so I bought a Korean rice cooker. The design is good.

It’s our first rice cooker with micom technology. I was considering getting the more expensive Cuckoo model because I’ve read some negative comments about this model. I still gave it a try since I really liked the nice and clean look and couldn’t be happier that I did! I never thought our rice tasted this good til now. Perfectly cooked rice every time! Also easy to clean and quality is top notch.
