The mixer got burnt in a month, after calling several times, the company persons took the mixer for repair, didnot even get repair till now. Don’t evr but usha products, their after sale service is worst of the worst of the worst. Please save your time, emotion and money without buying these sub standard products

I’ve been using it everyday 2-3 times a day for almost a year now. It’s still working good.
I did have a problem within a week of purchasing it with its motor but it was replaced for free by USHA. I contacted their customers support and they sent a technician the very next day to check it. The technician bought a new motor the day after that and replaced it for free.
It has 3 speed modes, 1 for slow, 2 for medium and 3 for fast, we usually don’t need anything faster than the first mode, sometimes I just use the third mode if I’m in a hurry.
It’s a bit noisy as well. Especially on the third speed in which we can hear it all around the house.
There is no leakage whatsoever with any of the mugs provided.

I was buying Usha rapidmix mixer grinder passed 3 yrs used, suddenly not working ,costumer care claim only for 2yrs warranty only, 5 yrs moter waranty it’s cant possible ,he tel 2 yrs only for warranty,service can’t be claime ,service used for extra payment,cheter for Usha brands and costumer services don’t buy this product 😭😭😭😭 waste for money very worst for costumer service
