Whirlpool 4 Burner Auto Ignition Gas Stove with Forged Brass Burner & Rust Free Body (EC GRANDIOSA Ultra 904 CT AI BR)

Persistent service failures, including poor communication and delayed installation, led to returning the Whirlpool 4 Burner Auto Ignition Gas Stove after over a week. Disappointing experience.

I have buy this product month of may today have automatically Platform Kanch had breaken

No help by any customer care team we have trying many times but no one responce

If posable plwase help me Amozon team

It cooks very fast and easy to clean but appearance need to improve more. Good cook top.

Pros
Design
1. Nice and unique design and not the conventional circle design.
2. Sleek Knobs
3. Unique stand design
4. 1 Bigger Burner for cooking with Larger vessels for larger group of people
5. Distance between Burners was sufficient and you will not feel the heat.
Body/Pan Support (Stand)
1. Seems to be aluminum based body and not steel.
2. Body frame is covered over by a kind of plastic to protect the body from water or any other spills.
3. Stand was not like other regular stands which just come only with single ring and joined with the stands, this comes with full body base and stands connected to this base which makes it sturdy and holds the vessels stronger.
4. There was small round plate which was removable and it was closer enough to the burner and due to this, the spills going below the gas stove was very minimal.
Knob
1. Very soft and smooth
2. Doesn’t open to 180 degree as it other gas stoves, it starts from 90 degree and moves down to the left to reduce the flame.
Cons
1. Metal pipe used to hold the gas line inside the stove and durability of this needs to be observed.
2. The bigger burner is actually little bigger and I doubt we will not get spare outside and you need to depend on Whirlpool.
3. Height of the stand from cooking slab will be lesser than 1 Inch, so you can’t clean just like that and due to glass, the overall stove weight was about 9-10 kg and every time for cleaning you need to take the entire stove out or moved to some other place and cleaned.
4. Knobs movement was very soft or you will get a feeling like it was loose but only when you see the flame getting controlled, you will believe it is working, but life of the knobs needs to be see as it was only couple of months since I purchased.
5. Since Pan-Support (Stand) comes with full body base, when milk or soup or maual rice cooking water spills, it goes below the stand and you have to clean entire base of the stand as well as the stove.
6. No where it is mentioned as Toughened Glass Top, like in my previous butterfly stove, however we can still go for this as they give 5 year warranty on glass.
Final Verdict – Overall, the product performance exceptionally well and we can go for this manual ignition GRANDIOSA PRIME 773 CT model (Seen lot of negative remarks about automatic and hence I went for this manual ignition model)
Also someone was doubting the seller Elica Kitchen Chimneys as seller was selling rejected piece or poor quality like that which put me in dilemma whether I should go for this or not, but after receiving the product, I came to know that Elica Kitche Chimneys was part of Whirlpool and it was written in the product label, so please don’t worry about this seller and it is only Whirlpool.
