I have been using the product from more than a month now and it’s simply amazing. It looks beautifull and classy , easy to clean , very easy to use. Only problem I faced was that after I opened the product I saw minor breakages at two of the corners of the glass top and the gas intake control knobs are little bit deviated from the rubber stoppers given below them. That’s all , apart from minor defects , the product is very good and you can go for it, for sure. Thank you ibell.

Reasons as stated below
Regarding the difficulties I faced post purchase of 3 burner Gas hob ( IBLAERO3BGH) through AMAZON
The product itself is very poor in quality and started creating problems in Burner, knobs etc.Burner started burning with roaring sound and sideways flame due to deformation resulting in poor heating rate and gas wastage .
On top of that false promises of additional warranty not provided by some dubious tricks as below.
Additional warranty not provided even after registration in the website. Acknowledgement provided on registration is deceptive without any reference number. No further details also provided . At the time of claiming warranty they will say that your extended warranty is not valid.
For replacing the defective burner sets charged Rs 3000 and for which 6 months warranty was promised. Replaced burner again created same trouble within 3 months ,but warranty not provided till date citing that old burners were provided ( This reasoning is silly as I paid for the replaced burners and also not quoted anywhere as the requirement for warranty).
IBELL’s systems are not transparent and deceptive due to
1. Warranty registration is not properly done and no acknowledgement number or details provided. No SMS or email communication provided.
2. Complaint registration is not transparent. Complaint numbers not provided in SMS or email .Only provided over phone if asked and no mechanism to check the correctness or status
3. Receipts provided for services done and spares are deceptive in nature without any information of company , serial number etc.
4. Service department is not customer friendly and filled with irresponsible persons including the service head for Kerala whom I interacted with.

Ibell Gas hob is one with affordable price and elegance. It makes our kitchen looks modern and works perfectly.

This gas stove is worth the money spent. best thing is the gas inlet which is in the right side. The glass top looks very sexy and expensive. Cleaning is very simple. The gas burners are of good quality and very easy to clean. Another good thing is the sleekness of the gas stove. It can be used in a counter top or it can be fit into the counter top as well. The lighter used a AAAA battery giving it a very long re-usable life. Worth the buy.

Reviewing after 2 months of regular use:
I have bought this job after reading the reviews and comparing it with other reputed brands like whirlpool, Glen, Prestige etc.
Pros:
Simple and Elegant design. It’s a pure beauty which will definitely enhance the aesthetic of your kitchen.
Tryely value for money. Very cheap and better in quality compared to other reputed brands of the same segment.
Everything working fine.
Easy to clean and maintain.
No extra maintenance cost or technique required.
As of now haven’t use any lighter as the automatic feature is a delight to use.
Usage and User Experience is simple and amazing.
Cons:
The burner doesn’t fit conventional oval shaped pots, kadhai etc. It is good for flat base pans.
The automatic on feature takes bit time sometimes.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is willing to upgrade their kitchen experience.

On april 2021 i bought iBELL AERO3BGH Glass Top/Gas Hob with 3 Burner and Auto Ignition – Black with 5 years of warranty. In a year itself the burners started creating weird sounds and couldn’t use it anymore. Hence I can use only two burners. Now the second burner also started creating the same vigorous sound. For the past two years I have been contacting amazon and the respective brand for the replacement of the burners. but no hope has been provided from both the brand and amazon end. (Please refer to the image of contacting the brand)
FInally last july 9 I contacted amazon as there was no response from amazon, Mr rohit tried to contact the brand from my end again but of no use the brand didn’t respond to the call as well.
On july 9 Mr rohit escalated the issue, provided a ticket, asked me to wait for 8 working days which is still 24 of july.
I contact three times over again on 28 july when the call got disconnected three times. (refer the screenshot of the mail attached here)
29 july again i contacted. They asked me to wait 3 working days again.
I contacted amazon again on august 2, which ms vijay asked me to wait till august 5 to get the refund of the replacement. (refer the screenshot of the mail attached here)
Again i contacted amazon on august 6th for which the call got disconnected for three consecutive times, purposefully there was no proper response again.
Again I contacted amazon today on aug 7th, now amazon is asking again 2 more working days.
My questions are as follows and i want amazo to answer all of my questions
Still how many days amazon will take to resolve the issues.
Why should you want to make the customer suffer like this when there is no mistake from the customer side.
Why there is no proper response from amazon side when the deadline is finished, where was the customer has to follow.
Is it because the customer has no hold on amazon?
When the brand doesn’t help out is it a customer problem or is it the amazon’s problem to sell such brands product in ur portal.
If this is the case do I even get any value for money or not?
has to drag the customer when the product is still in warranty.
