We have been using this for nearly two years now and haven’t had a reason to call customer service ever since. Having inspected multiple top models in top brands, we went for Glen because its surface felt more stronger and felt like premium finish compared to rest of the models. And we haven’t regretted ever since.
Glasstops in this price range with auto ignition are susceptible to breakdown and recurring issues. So we haven’t considered auto ignition.
Overall this is a good product with few minor issues such as low flame (which is anyway prevalent in most of these four burner models)

From the day of purchase and installation, burner and cleaning problem is there. Complained 3 times at service centre no., but no response from allahabad service centre. Very terrific experience regarding response for servicing.

Glen is pathetic in terms of post sales services i.e customer services specially their sales representative appointed by management spoke to some Mahima who don’t even know how to speak or solve the case and after speaking once she don’t even coming on to the call to hear customer’s voice to solve the problem.
We really feel cheated. Please don’t even think about Glenn ever.

Recently Rotating Nozzle broke and house almost caught fire. Company doesn’t follow any safety guidelines.
Technician came to fix one thing, and broke other. Now company wants more money for the damages caused by them.
Glen doesn’t have any technician, only working with freelancers, who are not professional.
Except for maybe the glass strength, everything is really poor quality.
