I am having 4 Burnie auto ignition. I got the problem in auto ignition in the first month of purchase. Then I got lot of issue with the Burnie and steel panel under it. Both gets the rust/becoming black even if you do not use it. Then the issue which I am facing a lot is knob is not working. When you press the knob then nothing is happening.
THE WORST product. It is good to buy from some other company with less price(if you get these many issues with Glen)

The hob is just awesome both look wise and utility wise. Since it’s 75 cms wide, it can hold 3 large vessels easily without feeling cramped up for space. (Mine is 3 burner hob).
Cleaning of hob is very easy due to nice drip tray design and less moving parts otherwise my wife wouldn’t have let me buy this. This was the only hob she liked from atleast 10 we had shortlisted from Faber, kaff, prestige and Whirlpool.
Only caveat is that the hob comes with initial configuration which has very narrow nozzles which is probably ok for gas cylinders but doesn’t work for the piped gas due to lack of pressure.
So if you have piped gas then you would need to call customer service to send a technician to reconfigure the nozzles. They sent the technician in 2 days.
