Nice quality product and you can use multi purpose Fry , curry, fried rice , Dosa, omlet, Scrach resistance with metal spoon , heat resistance

Very good tri ply… non stick coat isnt as effective as the pfoa coating… but acceptable given health concerns around pfoa and aluminium….
Gets stained and is a bit difficult to clean.

This is one of the best non stick tawas. Though bit heavy it gives nice dosas with out sticking and cleaning also easy just spray some liquid detergent and clean it with non abrasive sponge and clean it in running water.

The size of the Tawa is bigger than it appears in the photos. After some usage, grease has been sticking to the sides and its very difficult to clean and is now forming brown patches. Not worth the price we are paying. Only good thing about it is its non stick base.

The quality you can feel just by holding it in your hand. You need to pre season it. Watch you tube for videos on this topic. Heats up real fast. So keep flame low. Will leave brown oil stains on side wall but it’s natural when u cook in steel. If you make roti phulkas where you roast the roti over pan and then take the pan away and flip it directly on flame… Then this is not for you as the weight proved too much for my mom to keep taking it off and moving it back on the burner.

Even though the non stick quoting is of premium quality it doesn’t cover sides of the pan thus exposing food being cooked to comparively sticky surface of stainless steel. Food particles also leave a brown stains on this surface which cannot be cleaned with heavy duty scrubber as it would damage adjacent non stick coating. Thus the pan would look ugly within a few use. It’s a product of premium quality raw material but badly engineered thus making it incomplete for indian cooking.
I surely expected a better researched product carrying ‘Prestige’ brand even when the product is not locally manufactured but imported from China.

Good for preparing dosa but we can’t prepare neerdosa with this because of the tawa texture.
