A great buy in every way. The non stick coating is excellent and shows no signs of any wear after frequent use. The pan is easy to clean and does not need any hard scrubbing at all. The bottom is completely flat so it’s a bit wider than other kadhais of the same size with a curved bottom.

The quality is very good but for me the base is very broad and flat. I normally use this kadai for stir fry and pasta but this was too flat
