I purchased this product on 19 sept 2021 & it is now showing signs of rust

immediately when I start using I can see it’s rusting, I feel that it’s a cheating b/c when I see the return policy do you know what is saying? ‘you can return the just unopen item’; I wonder to know how someone knows a rusting staff can be identified before open and use, that is rediculous!
