Amazon Customer –
First of all i would like to tell the buyers / customers that although the product is very useful but there are few cons attached to it. There are three buyers who have mentioned in the reviews section that the product is damaged which is actually true. Because i have also received a damaged product.
I ordered on 15th August, supposed to get it on 23rd August but received it on 24th can ignore it.
But after receiving it i found a big dent to it’s body
Handles are very weak, not sturdy. I feel a part is missing, there should have been nuts/screws in the package to fix the handle properly to the pot.
Also the pot being very big in size, the handles should also have been bigger in size
I need this pot on 27th August so m really upset with this damaged product. In such short time how can i replace it.

Packaging was not so good,air bubbles were one sided… and below(outside portion) the pot there are some scratches..though I am ok with it.
speaking of usablity its great for 7-9 people biriyani.. perfect thickness! buy it and thank you amazon for listing such useful and free shipping products!!!

When I got this delivered, thought it is big. But, we are using it almost daily. We have tried many other products. But, this is the only one that fit into our expecttaions. Five star rating from my side.

Product base is wide and it’s not deep hence it allows rice to cook very good and not getting over cooked. Also non stick pot it consumes very less oil for cooking biryani and gravy etc. You can easily cook 2 to 3 kg. I am unhappy for little damage like the shape of it is not completely circular it’s slightly dent so I removed dent myself.

Received pot with an huge dent in the side. returned it for a replacement. The replacement was again defective, the top part of the pot was irregular, so the lid didn’t fit in. Returned it and asked for a refund. Surprisingly, it was AMAZON Fulfilled, and nobody has checked the product before dispatch … (The product looked good, but got defective ones TWICE !!)

my mother was happy with the product .it is bigger in diameter than length wise. Mother says we can easily cook biryani with 2kg rice and 2kg meat .it’s worth for price paid .the product is authentic and very securely packed by Amazon which is awesome and this gives confidence to do more purchases from you guys

Pot was amazing but the lid was not a correct fit.. steam is coming out while preparing any dum recipe though we add dough.. may be there is some shapeout during delivery.. overall its too good to prepare biryanis or any large quantity curries
