Nice kadhai for daily use. Value for money. Stainless steel handles, so convenient to use in dishwasher as well.

I bought the 1.5 Litre stainless steel Nirlon kadhai. It is a cute and handy size Kadhai. It works perfectly on both my induction and gas stove tops.

The pros of the product are as below;

1 – It is fairly light but sturdy and did not dent or damage even after I dropped it on the floor while opening the packaging.
2- It is a very cute size ( 1.5 L ), handy to use in the kitchen for preparing quick and small portion meals like poha, chutney etc.
3- My most favourite purpose of using the Kadhai is for frying Poori, Vada, cutlets, banana chips etc. It makes deep frying very easy as it is a small Kadhai but wide and broad enough to fry more pieces of food without sticking together and also without using a large quantity of oil.
4- The stainless steel material has good thermal conductivity and heats the food and oils evenly ensuring crispy pooris and vadas each time I cooked in it.
5- Its handles are large enough to hold on to while cooking in it and does not get hot while cooking because of its riveted handles.
6- What I also love about Nirlon is that the price is affordable compared to many other brands of stain steel pots.
7-It is also very easy to clean. If at all there is any food stuck at the bottom, soaking it in water for 10 mins works like a charm.
I look forward to buying the larger sizes of the same Nirlon kadhai for my kitchen.

IMPROVEMENT / SUGGESTION :

One thing I suggest the brand could add or improve on is that the size of the kadhai is not written on the kadhai itself. When having multiple pans in the kitchen it is good to refer to the correct size or sometimes for measurements purposes.
