I am writing this review after 15 days uses.Product is good in this price range. I got it about 6300/- after 10% Discount and some 400/- cashback in sale, no doubt Amazon is best for any purchase because of its customer friendly facility. RaCold is best for this price range and water keeps warm even after 30 Hrs.One think RaCold should improve its installation team, because installation person is a front desk for Racold. He was not well behaved and want to sell some items from his side.Overall product is good and working properly.

So far it has worked well. I have installed it in kitchen. My installation experience was good. Racold customer care took the call and sent the technician for installation. He did a fine job. Let me see the performance for six months to one year, then I will comment on its performance and durability.

Faulty product. Leakage within one month of installation. Raised complaint. Has been more than 20 days but the product is yet to be replaced in DELHI in the freezing Delhi winter.
Better to choose another company products. Racold is definitely disappointing
