This fan not works after installation I do many complaints on hevles it’s 40 days gone but no solution found till yet no mechanic comes no problems solve that’s why I won’t to refund my money I don’t need this fan n don’t trust on this comny 40 days goes it’s too much hot days but not used single day so I reqst to u do my solution I need cash back no. Need this fan now plz help me as soon as possible if u don’t help me I will got to court

Hi everybody who wishes to buy a product from Havells, please be assured that the products are good and made to very high standard and the customers taste in their mind. Recently I bought one ceiling fan as a wedding gift. But the technician came to fix it not knowing what he is doing. Then the company changed the tech and new tech came and fixed a bit later but to my surprise the product is very beautiful. It is very worth, and the couple loves it. I already have one under light fan from Havells and I installed in my dining room and my wife and family love it. Very sturdy and beautiful. Please see the remote came with the fan is very good but the company advertised a cheap remote or old type.

I received a damaged product; one of the light locks was broken. I attempted to return the product, but received no response from Amazon’s customer service. I do not recommend buying this product. Kindly resolve this issue.

It’s a very good product when compared to the other ordinary normal type celling fans. At low speed (at 1) there’s a little bit noise otherwise it’s very cool and silent. It doesn’t require separate regulator; it’s having built in regulator operated by remote.
It was not fitting over the false ceiling due to its long neck to the previous hanging rod; the technician who came for installation had cut the neck about 7cm and was able to install it successfully without any issue.
