Overall quality and wood was everything perfect except that no one had come for assembling the unit though i booked slot by calling customer care. Bad response.
The legs and table screw holes were misaligned so i had to struggle in fixing it by calling my personal technician.
No support from the seller.
If i would have chosen for replacement then it would take even a month for me and so i quit that doing everything self.
The product was sturdy, heavy guage and for better price

Superb purchase. I was worried about the paking but I received it with excellent packing without even making a scratch on it. Only thing you have to assemble it your own. The process was so easy that I have assembled it in 20mnts…excellent quality item.. Thank you so much

No care taken for packing and handling, causing damages to the material. Had to return though the quality appeared to be good and worth for the money.

Very good quality product. Easy to assemble, all chairs are full comfort, value for money, Heavy weight, fit , also very fast delivery my delivery date is17 sep but I got in 12sept. You have to purchase it.

The Rivet nut for one of the table legs is missing. The bench is not sturdy. It keeps moving. The product lacks attention to detail. I would request the seller to arrange for the rivet to be fixed or the size to be shared.
