The glass lid has god chipped, these small glass pieces can get into food when served if it was toughened glass it would not have happened, the bottom is good

Very poor performance..
After I filled the pot with water above the screws of the handle and started boiling it, the water would leak out from the handle screw..
Did not expect this type of defect..
It destroys the induction because of the leakage
