It is best I get in 3500 rs best buy it good but sometimes it white blower works not properly I think may be ita because of voltage or other , prestige customer support is good I call and they answered and solve problem asap –
Quality , appe4ance both are good packaging very good am reviewing after 2 month , only problem I found is it’s while counter sometimes doesn’t work properly I think may be because of voltage problem also prestige customer support is good they answer my call and try to solve my problem asap

This product has very serious heating issue. Stops heating process by showing error. It has to be started again and again, then again showing heating error in less than 60 seconds. Very bad product. Even cheaper products are better than this. Didn’t expect this from such Prestige.

I used this for about 2 months and still I face the issue even after changing the entire circuit once.
I bought this product on 1 July. Initially, I started getting E2 ( As per the manual, it means that there is high voltage). This continued for about two weeks. I had to wait for approx 30 minutes before retrying. If I would retry, I will get E2 only. I also tried adding a stabilizer in between the switch board and my cooktop. But still, the issue will remain.
Some days after that I started getting E5 as well ( As per the manual, it means that the base was too hot) I should remove anything that is blocking the air flow beneath the cooktop. There was no such situation. I was using it on a granite platform.
After facing these problems on every alternate day for a month, the technician changed the circuit once. ( It took a week to get the circuit changed. After changing the circuit, it worked fine for a week. Heating speed also increased significantly. For eg: Earlier, it was taking about 5-7 minutes for 3 whistles. After changing the circuit, it was reduced by 1/2 minute at the same power(1900 W). Good days again came to an end after a week of regular usage and it started repeating the E2 problem.
