Thanks amazon for timely delivery. Coconut is good , famous steel utensils brand company and didn’t expect this from them. The first order I ordered and got the package , one of the the lid had sharp scratch marks inside it, thus ordered replacement, the delivery person didn’t keep package down on floor , but handed it in my hands, the manner he gave it, the package being heavy , taking it from his hands was uncomfortable, trying to catch package box somehow, being heavy it fell down, opened pack, the largest tope had bent mark inside at corner, don’t know why ? The packaging should have had been done well, it was not and also amazon should train their delivery persons well on everything necessary.

To the seller:
The packaging should be done properly. Please try to add crumbled newspaper balls in cardboard box beneath tope and lids, and also at sides, so that even if package falls down, anywhere, in between, from seller’s place to customer’s doorstep, the tope n lids are not damaged/ can stay safer longer .
