Rice is cooked perfectly, easy to use, haven’t use the others yet, will edit the review once I did.
Just need to tryout a couple of times for the perfectly cooked rice, as the amount of water depend on quality of rice.

The media could not be loaded.
As i have given five star for the product, other side, recently due to thonder and lighting rain, the coil got damagerd. I tryied all over Mysore panasonic web customer service to find the service centre at mysore, i could not find it. Finally i came to know that the panosonic mechanic visits Mahaveer applayences Mysore and gave the product for repair, on return, i found that the dish was not alligned, it was not sitting on top of the coil properly, due to this, some times Rice was not cooking properly, used to get off atometically, due to this, there was an increase of Rs 100 in my current bill. My request is need a proper after sales service for the small products.

Got it at ₹1850.
Packing was very good. Delivery on time
Product has 3 part, cooker, steamer and idly stand , extra things were spatula, n a measuring bowl.
Cooker doesnt have keep warm feature
For 2 bowls, it took 20 min to cook n 10 min to sit doen after cooking.
Ricr quality was good aftrr cooking but rice get a bit dry ehen they r in plate.. not surr if its all cooker issue or specific to this.
As it doesnt have keep warm, cooker ince opened doesnt. Keep warm for too long… So cook n eat
Rice got sticked at bottom a bit but not much
Its Automatic switch off….
Cleaning wise, pot is okay to clean,
One thing I wondered was, the cooking light is actuallly not.light but a red color which can be seen if u push button down with no power. Dont know how much company saved with a LED option.
Over all, its not a great deal at this price. But still okay if you use all accessories provided. For me, steam basket is of no use

It has so much to offer. Just not a rice cooker, I got a two way pan and idli stand and a steamer for such low price. Definitely recommended.
