Good Product. I used it for my Himalayan lamp and it was satisfying. –
In 15 minutes, it give warm food. I sometimes have to keep it for 20 minutes for more steamed food. It works good. I have issues with the electric wire attached to it. It torned easily.

The lunch box was good but the charging cable with it was of extremely poor quality. It started getting damaged in 5-6 uses and got burnt with a spark and a loud bhhhoushhhh!! sound in 10th use. That was scary 🙁

The product does not hold up to its description. It takes much longer than 15 minutes to heat the food and when heated, the steel containers prove difficult to open after being heated. After being heated, one of the containers blasted open in my hands leading to the food being spilt. Very disappointed.

I received the product in a wet condition as it had been raining continuously for the last 10 hours.
Both the outer and inner boxes were 70% wet. When I tried to use the product, even after plugging it in for 10 minutes, it didn’t heat properly.
After drying it with a cloth and making several attempts, it eventually started working.
I really need this and don’t want to return.
I am not blaming the delivery partner at all, as he was fully soaked when he arrived.
However, the product should be properly covered in a polybag or something similar to protect it from the rain, especially since it is an electrical item.
I appreciate Amazon’s customer service team for helping me resolve the issue.
