The product is very good in terms of its functionality. The size of the induction is pike a gas stove, seemingly taking a bit less space and keeps the kitchen looking neat. The heating of the product is decent, one is 2100 watts and the other 1200 watts. The larger one is quite useful in terms of quick cooking and the small one is efficient in keeping the food warm.
Things took a rough road when the large induction stoped functioning properly, in around 7 months, it started showing error EA, which is not mentioned in the product manual nor the service technician had knowledge of it. Things got more complicated when the call center started refusing service on the face. They delayed the service upto a point one can loose patience.
Overall, if luck favours your part, this is an excellent product to watch out for cooking needs, with efficient power consumption.

The mother board had failed within few months which was very frustrating but the customer service in Hyderabad was quite good, they fixed it within a week without causing me much hassle.

Very unreliable product. Not even 3 months since we bought this and the glass top has cracked and exploded into pieces. The unexplained part is it cracked when it wasn’t even in operation (no temperature issue). Very sad to see such a low quality used and such a high price asked for it. Some serious quality issues. Also very unsafe for a home environment.

I purchased 3 months ago on 11 Aug 24 induction started make noise . Next day while using continuous 7 minutes the glass of induction got cracked as mentioned in pics.I spoke to customer care they said no warranty/no free replacement of glass . I told the glass was cracked due to internal electrical issue .the cost of glass is 4680/- .plz dont buy this disgusting product of prestige.totally waste of money.
