Total waste of money. Crompton has not responded to my calls. I get automated response on WhatsApp which is of no use. Service guy never answers the call. I asked him for escalation contact he has not provided. My case of open since 3weeks. I purchased 2 fans online from Amazon, 1 was received in damage condition and other is making lot of sound after installation. There is no solution on my problem. Very bad quality

I purchased this fan based on the name and specs provided.
Firstly this in not a silent fans. It makes the same amount of sound what other fans make.
Neither it is dust resistant I see lot of dust stuck on the fan. Also the fan doesn’t moves fast very slow working doesn’t provide sufficient breeze or air.
It has active BLDC but I think you can easily get other fans with BLDC function at very less cost.
I bought 2 of these fans and 2 other branded BLDC fans at almost half the rate and the other two are working better.

Let’s just cut to the chase.
Pros:
Good air delivery in 150 sq. Feet room size.
Very low noise.
Same speed even when on inverter. Works very well on high low voltage fluctuations. Speed is consistent.
Looks are very nice.
5 years warranty provided which no other fan provides.
Bought for 6100/ with citibank disc. And some offer.
Consumes less power as rpm is low.
Cons:
Price is higher, but again warranty is of 5 years.
Dust accumulates easily over blades.
Rpm is lower than other fans. At speed 5 feels like working on speed 3-4. My other non bldc fans have around 400 rpm. Which make them look fast. But again when on inverter these fans go slow on speed and make some noise.
Overall, just go for it. Nothing major to not to buy this fan.

It’s really worth it. Absolutely silent. Very nice design too. The air circulation is felt much more with this fan as compared to the old one I have replaced. Finally nice to see design development in ceiling fans.
Crompton installation also was very prompt 👌

Dear crompton team, First of all don’t get the products to market unless you people have done RnD correctly. There is to many problems not one. Remote doesn’t woke most of the time,speed doesn’t change, fan automatically stops ,how you people can even think of getting product to market. What will happen to uneducated people who buys online. Do you people think we don’t have other work other then raising a complaint online.how many times does service person need to come.. if it happens with some particular fan I can understand but I have brought 6 and the problem with all of them. So cheap products. It’s not even worth the money. Who wants every day hurdle and problems..Don’t cheat common people.

After watching an online video I made a decision to buy this product. However, I have to say that this was a bad decision. Crompton has one of the most annonying customer services and its not only my experience there are mutliple users who has the same experince, I am saying that after reading so many comments from the buyers.
My fan stopped working all of sudden so I logged a complaint with their customer services. The electrician that visited us told us that the PCB is faulty within 5 mins and returned without fixing the fan and mentioned that when they will have the PCB they will fix the fan as of now they dont have this part. Now it has been almost 2 weeks and we have heard nothing from Crompton or their service partner. Whenever I am trying to reach Compton on their service center they are not giving me any option to speak with a human and its getting lopped with the IVR only. If we call serveice center guys they are not picking up the phone. Crompton do not give out any email address on their site and there is no greievence cell as well. Please tell us how to proceed now?
