It’s big, heat distributed evenly and non sticky… Can make nice paper dosa without applying any oil before spreading the batter.

Please don’t buy it for your induction cooker 😞.. it cooks very very slow .. it’s probably not mentioned it’s not for induction.

It’s too heavy to hold. My return was due on 28th february 2024,no one came for pickup, I waited whole day at home till 10 pm.

Product is best in the market, excellent quality, I didn’t expect such quality at low price but the quality was outstanding at this price.
Seller packaging was great. They made sure the product i recieved was in good condition and of excellent quality.

Perfect tawa for Indian cooking. Used it for making Phulka, paratha, dosa, jowar Rotla / Bhakri. Every item comes out well. I think even pancakes & crepes should come out well but have not tried yet. It’s light weight. I clean it with warm soapy water, very easy to clean. Handle remains cold, only base gets heated. I use it on gas stove but I think it will work efficiently on other cooktops as well. Glad I bought this. 8.5″ it is just perfect as we make that size rotis. I have a 10″ futura tawa as well but now I use this for everything. Very happy with the product & I certainly recommend it.

I returned this product because it is small. It says 26 cm. But 2 cm is sloping edge which cannot be used. I already have 28 cm concave hard anodized tawa from the same brand which I am using it for making dosa. The best features of this product are
* It looks new even after several years (My 28 cm tawa still looks new)
* Metal ladle can be used
* No seasoning is required. Just heat the tawa for 90 seconds in high flame. Apply oil. Simmer. Now your tawa is ready for making dosa.
* Unlike iron tawa, you can wash this everyday after use
* Unlike nonstick tawa that is harmful to health, this one is perfectly healthy.
* Most important of all “the tawa heats evenly and there is no burning of dosa in the center”.
* Easy to maintain and store. No rusting. Longevity guaranteed.
* Except for the slipperiness when using on gas stove, I can’t think of any downside.
Go for 28 cm tawa, if you are buying to make dosa.
